cute little hometown-type restaurant. loved the food and it was super nostalgic for me (i grew up going to diners in PA). all of the staff was super thoughtful and attentive, especially our server angela. the prices and portions were great too. house made honey mustard was the best i’ve ever had. thank you, we’ll be returning often!
Was in town for the weekend and stopped at Tops the first day for breakfast. I usually like to try different places, but it was so good I returned for breakfast again the next day. The Belgian waffle with banana, strawberries, blueberries, and whipped cream was out of this world. Served with butter and warm maple syrup, which made it extra special. Enjoyed a bacon, spinach, mushroom and cheese baked omelette with hash browns the second day, was delicious. Huge portions, both meals I could only eat 1/2 and took the rest to go. Prices very reasonable. Staff very friendly and personable. Will definitely return next time I’m in town.
Just had dinner there, totally impressed! I had the BLT platter which came with cup of NE Clam Chowder (excellent) fries, cole slaw and a drink, husband had Fish Fry, he said it was amazing! The owner Mary waited on us and couldn't have given us more attention! Love this local spot! Will definitely be back! Highly recommend this resteraunt!

This is the best breakfast in town. We enjoy having breakfast there at least once a week. The food is real food and not a lot of artificial bull that you get from the other restaurants. The ingredients appear to be very fresh and healthy. And the food is delicious! Best grits ever had anywhere!
